Galactic Center and Surprising Fact!

I was amazed after knowing how genius were the ancient Indian astronomers! Our earth taking the moon orbits around the sun. The sun taking all the eight planets, asteroids and comets orbits around the center of the Milky Way. In that sense the Center of the Milky Way is the native (“mool” in Hindi) where all the stars of the Milky Way orbits around. Modern science knows this fact in recent times whereas the ancient Indian astronomers knew this fact thousands of years ago! That’s why they’ve named this part of the sky as “Mool” means The Native or The Nucleus. Isn’t this surprising?

Now that's an interesting fact :D It's way cool how much ancient peoples knew about the Universe, and yet our society thinks it's so greatly advanced... and we've just started learning about the Universe! Cool photo btw, I'm jealous of your camera :D

Thanks for liking and commenting on my post and appreciating my pic! Nice blogs from you too. Yes, the ancient philosophers were highly knowledgeable as they could perceive objects which are beyond the limits of senses and mind. Lord Mahavira, the 24th and last Jain ford-maker (599-527 BCE) gave the theory of matter, space, time, motion, rest and soul that is highly matching with today’s quantum physics. He explained sub-atomic particles, intermolecular space and many things which are beyond limitations of modern physics. Though he even explained nature of the soul and its attributes in a beautiful way. In meditation I have experienced my soul. Actually in the higher stages of meditation we can perceive objects which are beyond the limits of senses and mind. We can ever perceive things from the past as well as the future in meditation!
